項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容（規(guī)劃）簡(jiǎn)介：該項(xiàng)目地處杭嘉湖水鄉(xiāng)平源聞名海內(nèi)外的蠶花圣地含山，現(xiàn)有綠地面積15公頃、水域面積2.8公頃、蔬菜3.5公頃、果園1.8公頃、集體可用土地7.5公頃。項(xiàng)目涉及三個(gè)自然村總面積為80公頃，總投資3000萬(wàn)元，開發(fā)建設(shè)苗甫、果圓、蔬菜、等吃住為一體的休閑農(nóng)家樂(lè)項(xiàng)目。
預(yù)計(jì)總投資：3000萬(wàn)元人民幣。其中：我方投資1000萬(wàn)元，外方投資2000 萬(wàn)元。

Project Description:  This project is located in Hanshan village, where is well-known by silkworm cultry, resently it covers an area of 15has of greenland, 2.8has of water area, 3.5has of vegetable farm, 1.8has of orchard and 7.5has of other land. This project covers an area totally of 80has that owned by 3 villages. The totall investment is reaced to 30million RMB. It’s planning to built up a comprehensive resort what’s compounded by nursery garden, orchard, vegetable farm, restaurant and residence.
Estimated total investment: 30million RMB, including 10million RMB of Chinese part, 20miilion RMB of foreign part.
